What will happen if I arrive late for my treatment?
Lateness of arrival may result in a cut-off of the treatment time. Therefore, for your convenience, we would highly suggest guests arrive at least 15 minutes before treatment time to avoid lateness.

Can I come directly and book?
Walk-in guests are more than welcome in our spa. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of room and therapists. Please kindly book your treatment in advance through our staffs and they will be happy to assist you.
Can I have my spa room window opened?
We have three rooms that have openable windows with a garden view out of the total of six rooms we have. Two rooms are facilitated with round bathtubs. Meanwhile, the other room is facilitated with an oval bathtub.
What are the facilities offered in your spa?
Our spa is facilitated with 6 spa rooms and Jacuzzi area. Five of our rooms have a round bathtub while the other one has an oval bathtub. For room capacity, five of our rooms can accommodate up to two persons. Meanwhile, one room with a round bathtub is designated for one person only.
Does my spa treatment price include transport service?
Transportation service is not included in the spa's price. Pick-up and drop-off services are available upon request with an additional charge. For our inhouse and outside guests, we also provide daily free shuttle available from 10 am to 9 pm. It is advisable to book the shuttle for your convenience and you can book it through our staff.

Can I drop my luggage before the spa even though I am not staying at your resort?
Outside guests that visit to enjoy our services are allowed to keep the luggage at the front desk while you are doing activities at the resort's area.
Where is Kaveri Spa located?
Kaveri Spa is located in The Udaya Resorts & Spa, as the spa is operated under the resort as a facility. The Udaya is located in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. The specific address is Jl. Sri Wedari No. 48B, Desa Tegallantang, Ubud, Gianyar, Bali 80571. It is available on Google Maps with the keyword "The Udaya Resorts & Spa" or "Kaveri Spa at The Udaya". If you are coming from the Ubud Center area, we have a daily free shuttle available from 10 am to 9 pm. It is advisable to book the shuttle for your convenience and you can book it through our staff through phone, email, WhatsApp, or social media platforms.
Is the shuttle available for outside guests?
Outside guests who are going to visit the resort are more than welcomed to come with the shuttle and visit The Udaya. To help the driver recognize you, please kindly contact our staff in advance to book the seats.
What time does Kaveri Spa open?
Kaveri Spa opens for the public from 9 am to 9 pm every day. However, please be noted that Kaveri Spa will not be open for outside guests on Silence Day in Bali.
Do you provide disposable panties in your spa?
We provide disposable panties that will be given before the treatment to the guests. You can also bring your own undergarments for change should you feel more comfortable wearing it.
Is the Jacuzzi complimentary for all spa guests?
The Jacuzzi facility is complimentary for in-house guests. For outside guests, the Jacuzzi will be complimentary for certain treatments. Otherwise, there will be an additional charge applies for the Jacuzzi use. kindly contact our staff for further details. Also, kindly note that the Jacuzzi duration time will be up to 45 minutes and requires to be booked in advance.
Do you have a photographer on the site?
We do have an official resort photographer at The Udaya that can be booked in advance. Please kindly contact our staff for more details and to book your photo session with our photographer.
I left my belongings at the spa. Can you keep it for me?
We can keep the left-behind belongings for up to 6 months if the belonging is found. When you realize that you have left your belonging, please kindly contact us as soon as possible. Therefore, we can immediately search it and secure it once found. Please kindly note that we are not responsible for any loss of the belongings at the resort.
