How much is your room rates?
Our room rates depend on the room type, availability, date and month, and staying period. Please kindly contact our staff for more information about the room rates or make a direct booking through the website.
Do you accept PayPal?
Our apologies but we do not accept PayPal payment for any bookings. To settle the payment, you can either use a credit card with Visa or MasterCard logo through the provided payment link, bank transfer or making direct payment at the resort. Please kindly note that deposit payment should be settled before your booking date based on the given due date as informed by the reservation team.
Can I change my room type?
Changing room type is possible when the preferred room is available for booking. Should you want to upgrade to a higher type of room, we can help you to upgrade it with an additional charge. Should you want to downgrade, we will help to adjust the payment later at the resort.
What if I want to extend my stay?
Should you want to extend your stay, please kindly inform our staff in advance and they will be happy to check the availability and rates for you.
Can I pay using my currency?
We only accept IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) for cash payment and credit cards. Should you need to exchange your money, please kindly ask our staff for the nearest money changer in the area as we do not provide a money exchange service.
I cannot complete the payment. Can I get my room secured without paying the deposit?
Deposit payment requires to secure the booking in any circumstances. If you book directly through us, you can settle the payment through a payment link using a credit card with Visa or MasterCard logo, bank transfer, or pay directly at the resort before the due date. Please kindly contact our staff if you find any problem in settling the payment and we will be happy to help you.
Can I make a group reservation?
You can make a group reservation and we will suggest you do it far advance to secure the rooms, especially if you want the rooms to be nearby to each other. Please kindly note that group reservations will require a normal rate per night depending on the room type, date and month, and staying period. Please do not hesitate to contact our staff for further information.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
Every booking received in our system will be officially confirmed by our resort. In a case where you book through the third party, the respective agent will receive the notification instead. We encourage you to contact us immediately once you have booked the room to allow us to check all the booking details received in our system to avoid any unwanted circumstances. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us through email, WhatsApp, or our social media platforms for confirmation and we will be happy to assist you.
Is it safe to fill in my credit card number during reservation process?
We can guarantee your credit card details in our system as the information is highly confidential. We will require you to input credit card details to secure the room booking. Should there be any cancellation within 14 days before your arrival, there will be a cancellation policy that applies. Please kindly check our cancellation policy here.
I want to amend my booking. How can I do that? Do I get charged for that?
Every booking made through direct booking is available for amending by contacting our staff and it will subject to the room's availability. If you happen to book it through another party, it requires to do the booking amendment through the respective agents by following their policy.
Can I settle the payment at the hotel with a different credit card than the one used for booking?
It is possible to settle the payment using a different credit card. The validation process during the payment at the resort originally requires the same credit card as the one used during the booking process. Kindly note that the card owner has to be present as well. In a case where the credit card owner cannot be present during the payment process, it is available to settle the payment using another card with full payment. Should you have already settled deposit payment using the original credit card used for booking, we will refund the amount back to the respective card with 30-45 days of process (working days). For convenience, please kindly make sure to bring the credit card which originally owned by staying guests.
Do you have a special discount for the room and services?
Every special promotion will be officially announced through our website and social media platforms and will be limited to some period of time. Therefore, aside from the officially announced special promotions, there will be no special discount or any other promotions available.
What does "net" meaning in some of the pricing you give?
"Net" means that the price is already final and will not be subjected to government tax and service charge. On the other side, you will also find some pricings with "++" symbol in it. The symbol shows that the price is subject to 21% government tax and service charge. Most of the published prices in Bali are subject to government tax (or VAT) and service charges, especially in hotels, restaurants, or spas. The percentage for the government tax would be 10% and 11% for the service charge which makes it 21% in total. There you would often find little note “subject to 21% government tax and service charge”. On another side, if you find a price with “net” after the numbers, it means there will be no additional amount added since it is already fixed or included with the tax and service charge.

Extra bed is available for booking with additional charge (price includes daily breakfast). However, please kindly note that an extra bed cannot be booked in Pool Suite and Ubud Pool Suite considering the room's layout.
Is the room rate valid for one person or two persons?
Our room rates are valid for a maximum of 2 persons per room. Should there be more than two persons who are going to stay, we highly suggest to book another room convenience as our room is originally designed for two persons' comfort.
Do you offer stay package?

How can I make my payment for direct booking?
Room reservation through direct booking requires deposit payment as a settlement to secure the room before your arrival. The deposit payment can be made through the provided payment link using a credit card with Visa or MasterCard logo. Another option is bank transfer. Please kindly ask our staff's assistance for the bank account details. For any booking made aside from direct booking, the payment can be made by referring to the respective's agent payment policy.

I need to cancel my booking. What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy may vary depending on your booking requirements. Please kindly find the information below for your reference:
Normal season (1-2 nights booking)
- Cancellation received 14 days prior to arrival date is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night from the total night of accommodation.
- Cancellation received on arrival date, or in the event of a no show or early departure, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full length of stay/total number of room nights originally reserved.
Normal season (more than 2 nights booking)
- Cancellation received 14 days prior to arrival date is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% from the total night of accommodation.
- Cancellation received on arrival date, or in the event of a no show or early departure, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full length of stay/total number of room nights originally reserved.
High or peak season (for any staying period)
- A full penalty would be applied if the guest cancels at any time and payment is non-refundable.
- Cancellation received on arrival date, or in the event of a no show or early departure, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full length of stay/total number of room nights originally reserved.

You can book the room directly through our website, reservation email, direct call, WhatsApp, Instagram, or make your booking through partnered Online Travel Agents as well as an affiliated tour agent. Walk-in booking is also accepted (subject to availability).
