Do you need deposit for pick-up service?
Pick-up service requires full payment upfront. Please kindly notify our staff at least one day in advance should you need a pick-up service to get to The Udaya. For same-day transport service, please kindly contact our guests first to check the availability.
How can I book airport pick-up and drop-off service?
Airport transport service is available for pick-up and drop-off by booking in advance. It requires an upfront payment for the pick-up service. Please kindly note that it is available by booking at least one day in advance. Our apologies but we cannot accomodate airport pick-up service booking on the same day.
How many persons can your shuttle accommodate?
Our shuttle can accomodate up to 9 persons. To secure your seats, please kindly notify our staff through phone or our guest relations team that is available from 9 am-9 pm on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook. For the fastest response, you can also call us directly at +62 361 9081 436.
Can outside guests come with the shuttle from and to the resort?
Outside guests who are going to visit the resort are more than welcomed to come with the shuttle and visit The Udaya. To help the driver notify your shuttle booking, please kindly contact our staff in advance to book the seats. However, please be noted that our shuttle will depart right on time even though you have booked the seats. Therefore, if you are not in the shuttle at the departure time, it might result in being left behind by the shuttle.
What is your shuttle's vehicle characteristic?
Our shuttle is a type of golf cart in maroon colors with The Udaya's logo at the front. If you still cannot recognize it, please kindly ask our reservation or guest relations team for the shuttle's pictures for your reference.
What if I miss the shuttle?
The shuttle will depart right on time. Therefore, please kindly make sure to arrive at the resort's lobby or meeting point in Ubud Center before the schedule to avoid being left by the shuttle.
When is your shuttle service operation hours?
Our shuttle service is operating every day from 10 am-9 pm. It is suggested to book your seats in advance to our staff and notify them that you will be coming with the shuttle. However, please kindly note that the shuttle will depart on time for the guests' convenience. For your reference, please kindly find the shuttle departure timetable below.
