We would be happy to provide a morning call for you to your room, considering that our front office operates 24 hours at your service. Please do not hesitate to press "0" from your room to request for the morning call. The guest relations team is available at your service from 9AM to 9PM every day.

The only spa treatment that can be ordered to your room is Foot Reflexology. The other treatments are not possible for room booking considering that it requires proper equipment for guests' best experience that is only available at Kaveri Spa. Therefore, should you want to have a thorough spa experience, we would highly suggest having the treatment at Kaveri Spa. We have spa packages that can provide you quality spa experience with the closure of our signature baths.

Our signature baths, Celebration of Flowers and Citrus Bath, are available for booking in your room with additional charges. For further reference, the Celebration of Flowers is a flower bath with artsy flower decoration. Meanwhile, Citrus Bath comes with a plate of fruit and wine to company your refreshing treat. There is no time limit for the baths taken in your room. You can ask the team to set it up between 9AM to 5PM every day. Please kindly contact us for more information about the booking procedure.

The main difference is the location of the rooms. Garden Suites are located on the first floor of the main building. Meanwhile, Suites occupy the second and third floors. Being placed on the first floor give the room direct access to our main pool and tropical garden area. In terms of room layout, Garden Suite is also different for its bathtub which is secluded inside a room with a warm ambiance. Meanwhile, Suites' bathtub is placed near the window with tropical plant view.

Pool Suite and Pool Villa are different in terms of room layout. Pool Suite rooms are clustered in one building while Pool Villa is detached from one another, even though 6 Pool Villa units are clustered in one area. In terms of size, Pool Suite has a space of 100 sq m while Pool Villa's size is 270 sq m. Both rooms have a private pool, but Pool Villa has a bigger pool.

Pool Suite and Ubud Pool Suite difference can be seen from its pool's location and layout. Pool Suite is facilitated with a back terrace where the private pool is located. Meanwhile, Ubud Pool Suite adapts the infinity-pool concept where it is located in front of the entrance door to the room. The rooms' size are also different as the Pool Suite takes space of 100 sq m while Ubud Pool Suite's size is 91 sq m.

Our rooms are designed in sincere consideration of our guests' privacy. Therefore, every room is private as it is built with proper and quality constructions. However, if you refer private as having your own space of room, backyard, and private pool, we would suggest booking Pool Villa unit. The Pool Villa area itself is detached from the other type of units. 

Our rooms are located at several points at the resort. Starting from the main building, we have 6 Garden Suite arrowed along the first floor of the building with direct access to the main pool. Located on the second and third floor is the Suite Room with 12 rooms in total. Walking a few steps further from the main building is the Pool Suite area that has 3 units in total. Across the main building, 6 Pool Villas are located in one area for the best privacy. Going down and up the steps to the extension area is our Ubud Pool Suite and Duplex Pool Villa rooms. There are 2 Ubud Pool Suite and 3 Duplex Villas in the area.

Our rooms are originally designed for two people maximum per room. Should you require to add an extra bed for another person, an extra bed is available for booking with additional charge (price includes breakfast). However, please kindly note that not all rooms can be provided with extra bed considering the room layout. The available rooms for an extra bed are Suite, Garden Suite, Pool Villa, and Duplex Pool Villa. Please kindly note that the extra bed is subject to availability. Therefore, you can book the extra bed in advance to our staff at least two days prior to arrival.
